I left Italy young\u2014with a head full of questions and one clear goal: to create something of my own.

Mallorca was the place where that idea started taking shape. At first, it was just a gut feeling. Today, it\u2019s a reality\u2014with a name, a soul, and a whole lot of work behind it.

\nL\u2019Arancina wasn\u2019t born from a perfect plan. It came from instinct, trial and error, and slowly surrounding myself with people who believed in the same vision.

\nEvery team member is a vital part of this story. <\/b> Without them, none of this would make sense.

\nPeople sometimes say I must be a little crazy to bet on something so different. But if there\u2019s one thing I\u2019ve learned on this journey, it\u2019s that for something to truly work\u2014it has to come from within.
