1. At-home aperitif after the ceremony

2. Seated meal in a finca or garden

The most complete format. Welcome drinks after the ceremony, followed by a seated meal with two or three courses, a long after-meal moment, and a dessert table. Ideal for larger families (40–80 guests) and allows for refined details: linen tablecloths, elegant tableware, natural floral décor. It’s the closest to a wedding format, but with a more family-focused feel.

3. Large gathering with all guests

When the baptism becomes an excuse to bring together extended family and close friends (60–100+ people), the format shifts: a long standing cocktail-style event, multiple food stations, and a more dynamic, social atmosphere. Guests move around, children play, and older relatives can sit comfortably at separate tables. More celebration, less protocol.
