Ciao a tutti! Iām Maya.
I left Italy youngāwith a head full of questions and one clear goal: to create something of my own.
Mallorca was the place where that idea started taking shape. At first, it was just a gut feeling. Today, itās a realityāwith a name, a soul, and a whole lot of work behind it.
LāArancina wasnāt born from a perfect plan. It came from instinct, trial and error, and slowly surrounding myself with people who believed in the same vision.
Every team member is a vital part of this story. Without them, none of this would make sense.
People sometimes say I must be a little crazy to bet on something so different. But if thereās one thing Iāve learned on this journey, itās that for something to truly workāit has to come from within. And that shows.
